Your data never leaves your device in a meaningful way — files are processed instantly on our server and never stored or logged.
Go to Instagram Account Center
Head to your Instagram Account Center data export page.
Open Account Center →Create export request
Click "Create export" and select the Instagram profile you want to check then click on "Export to device"
Select only what you need
Click "Customize information". Scroll down to find "Connections", CHECK ONLY "Followers and following" — deselect everything else to keep the file small.
Set format & date range
Set Format to HTML and Date range to All time. Then click "Start export".
Wait for files to be ready
Instagram will email you when your export is ready. Or you can check in "Export your Information" section under "Available Downloads", This usually takes a few minutes but can possibly take up to a few hours.
Upload the zip here
Download the zip file and upload it directly on this page. That's it.
⚠️ Make sure to select "All time" as your date range — partial exports will give inaccurate results.
FAQ
Common questions
Yes. Your files are sent to our server only to be parsed — we extract the usernames and immediately return the results. Nothing is stored, saved, or logged. You can verify this by checking your network tab.
Instagram generates your export on their end, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on your account size and their server load. Once it's ready, you'll get an email with a download link.
Most likely yes! It means every account you follow is also following you back. Double-check that you selected "All time" as your date range when requesting the export — a shorter range can produce incomplete data.
Instagram's API no longer allows third-party apps to access follower data. Using the official data export is the only way to do this without asking for your password — which we will never do.
Instagram splits followers into multiple files if you have a large following. Currently this tool only reads followers_1.html. If you have 5000+ followers you may see slightly incomplete results — support for paginated files is coming soon.
Yes, the site works on mobile. However, downloading your Instagram export and locating the zip file is easier on desktop. We recommend doing the export on desktop for the smoothest experience.
