Take Control of Your Instagram Feed.
Unfollow the Non-Followers.
Login to
Accounts CenterUnder Your information and permissions click on Download your information
Proceed to click on download or transfer information & select the instagram profile you want to use.
Only some of your information is required. Proceed to select followers and followings and the option to download to your device.
for the date range select all time. Then click on create files and wait to be notified at your email address or check back in a few minutes.
check your email. You should have gotten a message from instagram saying your download is ready
click on download your information. It will take you back to your accounts center
Under current activity you should see the available download. Click on download, and once you enter your password your file should be saved to your device.
